- Trebišnjica (outlets in Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina) - as sinking river Trebišnjica is entirely in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which outflows through karstic underground. Through porous and extremely large and complex karstic underground and cave systems the Trebišnjica enters marshland Hutovo Blato in Bosnia, from where continues as the Krupa to the Neretva, while other portion of its waters, with many smaller and one major coastal outlet, appears on the coast in Neum in Bosnia, in Slano and most significantly near Dubrovnik in Croatia as the Ombla river with major outflow which just after a few hundred meters continues as ria called the Rijeka Dubrovačka.
