രവി കെ. ചന്ദ്രൻ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത് ഛായാഗ്രഹണം നിർവഹിച്ച ഇന്ത്യൻ മലയാളം ബ്ലാക്ക് കോമഡി ത്രില്ലർ ചിത്രമാണ് ഭ്രമം. പൃഥ്വിരാജ് സുകുമാരൻ , ഉണ്ണി മുകുന്ദൻ , മംമ്ത മോഹൻദാസ് , റാഷി ഖന്ന , ശങ്കർ , ജഗദീഷ് എന്നിവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ അഭിനേതാക്കൾ. 2018-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ അന്ധാധുൻ എന്ന ഹിന്ദി ചിത്രത്തിൻ്റെ റീമേക്കാണ് ഇത്.[1] 2021 ഒക്ടോബർ 7-ന് ആമസോൺ പ്രൈം വീഡിയോയിൽ ഇന്ത്യയിലും മറ്റിടങ്ങളിലെ തിയേറ്ററുകളിലും ചിത്രം റിലീസ് ചെയ്തു.[2][3] ഭരതനാട്യം നർത്തകി ലീല സാംസൺ മലയാളത്തിൽ അരങ്ങേറ്റം കുറിച്ചു.

ശ്രീറാം രാഘവൻ്റെ ഹിന്ദി ചിത്രമായ അന്ധാധുൻ്റെ വിജയം നിരവധി ഇന്ത്യൻ പ്രാദേശിക ഭാഷകളിലേക്ക് ചിത്രം റീമേക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ പ്രാദേശിക ചലച്ചിത്ര നിർമ്മാതാക്കളെ പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ചു. തമിഴിൽ അന്ധഗൻ എന്ന പേരിലും[4] തെലുങ്കിൽ മാസ്‌ട്രോ എന്ന പേരിലും[5] മലയാളത്തിൽ ഭ്രമം എന്ന പേരിലും റീമേക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നതിൻ്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക പ്രഖ്യാപനം ഏതാണ്ട് ഒരേ സമയത്താണ് നടന്നത്. ഛായാഗ്രാഹകൻ രവി കെ.ചന്ദ്രൻ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന മലയാളം പതിപ്പിനായി യഥാക്രമം ആ​യു​ഷ്മാ​ൻ ഖു​റാ​ന , തബ്ബു , രാധികാ ആപ്തേ , മാനവ് വിജ് , അനിൽ ധവാൻ എന്നിവരുടെ വേഷങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യാൻ എജെ ഇൻ്റർനാഷണൽ അഭിനേതാക്കളായ പൃഥ്വിരാജ് സുകുമാരൻ , മംമ്ത മോഹൻദാസ് , റാഷി ഖന്ന , ഉണ്ണി മുകുന്ദൻ , ശങ്കർ എന്നിവർ ഒപ്പുവച്ചു. 2021 ജനുവരി 27-ന് എല്ലാ അഭിനേതാക്കളും ഷെഡ്യൂളിൽ ചേർന്ന് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ഫോട്ടോഗ്രഫി ആരംഭിച്ചു.[8][9][10][11] ഫെബ്രുവരി 8 ന്, ചിത്രത്തിൻ്റെ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന സഹസംവിധായകൻ ആർ. രാഹുലിനെ കേരളത്തിലെ കൊച്ചിയിലെ മരടിലെ ഹോട്ടൽ മുറിയിൽ മരിച്ച നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തി. വാർത്താ റിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ പ്രകാരം, തൂങ്ങിമരിച്ച നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തിയതിനാൽ ലോക്കൽ പോലീസ് ആത്മഹത്യയാണെന്ന് സംശയിക്കുന്നു.[12][13][14] പ്രധാന ഫോട്ടോഗ്രാഫി മാർച്ച് ആദ്യം അവസാനിച്ചു.[15]
