സദ്രി ഭാഷ
ഇന്ത്യൻ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളായ ജാർഖണ്ഡ്, ഛത്തീസ്ഗഡ്, ഒഡീഷ, ബീഹാർ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ സംസാരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഇന്തോ-ആര്യൻ ഭാഷയാണ് സദ്രി (നാഗ്പുരി എന്നും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു). ഇത് സദന്റെ മാതൃഭാഷയാണ്. മാതൃഭാഷക്കാരെ കൂടാതെ, ഖാരിയ, മുണ്ട, കുരുഖ് തുടങ്ങിയ നിരവധി ഗോത്രവർഗ വിഭാഗങ്ങളും ഇത് ഭാഷയായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. കൂടാതെ ഈ ഗോത്ര വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള നിരവധി സംസാരിക്കുന്നവർ ഇത് അവരുടെ ആദ്യ ഭാഷയായി സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. അസം, പശ്ചിമ ബംഗാൾ, ബംഗ്ലദേശ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ ടീ-ഗാർഡൻ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റികൾക്കിടയിൽ ഇത് ഒരു ഭാഷാപദമായും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു.[6][1] 2011 ലെ സെൻസസ് അനുസരിച്ച്, നാഗ്പുരി ഭാഷ സംസാരിക്കുന്ന ഏകദേശം 5,130,000 പേർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു, ഇതിൽ 19,100 പേർ ഗവാരി എന്നും 4,350,000 പേർ "സദൻ/സദ്രി" എന്നും 763,000 പേർ "നാഗ്പുരിയ" എന്നും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. ഏകദേശം 7 ദശലക്ഷം ആളുകൾ ഇത് രണ്ടാം ഭാഷയായി സംസാരിക്കുന്നു.[2]
