വിൽസൺസ് ബേർഡ് ഓഫ് പാരഡൈസ്

പാരഡൈസെഡേ എന്ന കുടുംബത്തിലെ പാസെറൈൻ പക്ഷിയുടെ ഒരു ഇനം ആണ് വിൽസൺ'സ് ബേർഡ്-ഓഫ്-പാരഡൈസ് (Diphyllodes respublica). [3]വിൽസൺ'സ് ബേർഡ്-ഓഫ്-പാരഡൈസ് എന്ന പക്ഷിയെക്കുറിച്ച് ആദ്യമായി 1996-ൽ ഡേവിഡ് ആറ്റൻബറോ, ബി.ബി.സിക്ക് വേണ്ടി ആറ്റൻബറോ ഇൻ പാരഡൈസ് എന്ന ഡോക്യുമെൻററി ദൃശ്യവൽക്കരിച്ചു. സമുദ്രനിരപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് 300 മീറ്റർ ഉയരമുള്ള കുന്നിലെ വനങ്ങളിൽ കൂടുതലും ഈ പക്ഷി കാണപ്പെടുന്നു. ഏറ്റവും അപൂർവമായി താഴ്ന്ന മഴക്കാടുകളിലും മധ്യ മലനിരകളിലും കാണപ്പെടുന്നു.[4]
