ശൃംഗിക
ആർത്രോപോഡ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപെട്ട ജീവികളുടെ ഒരു ഇന്ദ്രിയം
ആർത്രോപോഡ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപെട്ട ജീവികളുടെ ഒരു ഇന്ദ്രിയമാണ് ശൃംഗിക (Antennae).
ഇവ തലയുടെ ഒന്നാമത്തെയോ രണ്ടാമത്തെയോ ഖണ്ഡത്തിൽ ജോഡികളായി കാണപ്പെടുന്നു. ഇവ പൊതുവെ സ്പർശിനികളാണെങ്കിലും ഇവയുടെ ധർമ്മം ഇനമനുസരിച്ചു വ്യത്യാസപ്പെടാം. ചലനം, താപം, ശബ്ദം, ഗന്ധം, രുചി ഇവയെല്ലാം മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ ശൃംഗിക ഉപകരിക്കുന്നു.[1][2] ചില ജീവികളിൽ ഇവ ഇണചേരൽ, നീന്തൽ, ഉറപ്പിക്കൽ തുടങ്ങിയ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉപകരിക്കുന്നു.[2] ലാർവകളിൽ ഇവ ഇമാഗോകളിൽനിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്തമായിരിക്കും.[3][4]
