സെർസിഡോയിഡീ എന്ന ഉപകുടുംബത്തിലെ 'മങ്കി ലാഡർ' ദാരുലതകളാണ് ലാസിയോബെമ സ്കാൻഡെൻസ്.[1]ബൗഹിനിയയിൽ നിന്ന് ഈ ജനുസ്സ് വേർതിരിക്കപ്പെട്ടെങ്കിലും[2]ഒരുപക്ഷേ ഫനേരയുമായി സമാനാർത്ഥകമായിരിക്കാം. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഉപഭൂഖണ്ഡം, ഇന്തോ-ചൈന, മലേഷ്യ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് പര്യായമായ ബൗഹീനിയ സ്കാൻഡെൻസിന്റെ രേഖകൾ നിലവിലുണ്ട്.
