ഒരു തുള്ളൻ ചിത്രശലഭമാണ് മെയ്‌മെഴുക്കൻ (ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്: Wax dart). Cupitha purreea എന്ന ശാസ്ത്രീയ നാമത്തിൽ അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു.[1][2][3][4]

ആന്തമാൻ നിക്കോബാർ ദ്വീപുകൾ, അരുണാചൽ പ്രദേശ് , ആസാം, കേരളം, മേഘാലയ, മിസോറം എന്നീ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ഇവയെ കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ജനുവരി, മാർച്ച്, ഏപ്രിൽ, മേയ്, ജൂൺ, ഒക്ടോബർ, നവംബർ മാസങ്ങളിലാണ് ഇവയെ കാണാറുള്ളത്.
Quisqualis indica,[5] Terminalia paniculata, Terminalia bellirica, Combretum ovalifolium ചെടികളാണ് ഇതിന്റെ ലാർവാ ഭക്ഷ്യ സസ്യങ്ങൾ.
