മികച്ച ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് എഴുത്തുകാരികൾക്കു നൽകുന്ന പുരസ്കാരമാണ് ഓറഞ്ച് സാഹിത്യ പുരസ്കാരം. 30000 പൗണ്ടും ബെസ്സീ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന വെങ്കല ഫലക പ്രതിമയുമുൾപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് പുരസ്കാരം. പ്രശസ്ത ചിത്രകാരൻ ഗ്രിസെൽ നിവെന്റ സംഭാവനയാണ് ഫലകം. നടനും എഴുത്തുകാരനുമായിരുന്ന ഡേവിഡ് നിവെന്റെ സഹോദരിയാണ് ഗ്രിസെൽ. 1996ൽ ബ്രിട്ടനിലാണ് പുരസ്കാരത്തുടക്കം.
