സഞ്ജന ഗൽറാണി

ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ചലചിത്ര അഭിനേത്രി

ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ മോഡലും ചലച്ചിത്രനടിയുമാണ് സഞ്ജന ഗൽറാണി (ജനനം: 1989 ഒക്ടോബർ 10).[1] ഇവരുടെ യഥാർത്ഥ പേര് അർച്ചന ഗൽറാണി എന്നാണ്. 2006-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഒരു കാതൽ സെയ്‌വീർ എന്ന തമിഴ് ചലച്ചിത്രത്തിലാണ് സഞ്ജന ആദ്യമായി അഭിനയിക്കുന്നത്. അതേവർഷം പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഗണ്ഡ ഹെണ്ഡതി എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ വിവാദമായ അഭിനയത്തിലൂടെയാണ് സഞ്ജന പ്രശസ്തയായത്. 2008-ൽ പുരി ജഗന്നാഥ് സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ബുജ്ജിഗഡു എന്ന തെലുങ്ക് ചിത്രത്തിലെ സഹനായികാവേഷവും ശ്രദ്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.[2][3] 2017-ലെ ദണ്ഡുപാളയ 2 എന്ന കുറ്റാന്വേഷണ ചലച്ചിത്രത്തിലെ സഞ്ജനയുടെ നഗ്നരംഗങ്ങൾ ഏറെ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.[4][5][6]

ആദ്യകാല ജീവിതം തിരുത്തുക

ഒരു സിന്ധി കുടുംബത്തിൽ ജനിച്ച സഞ്ജനാ ഗിൽറാണി ബെംഗളൂരുവിലാണ് വളർന്നത്.[7] യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി പഠനത്തിനു മുമ്പുതന്നെ മോഡലിംഗ് രംഗത്തു സജീവമായി.[8] മോഡലിംഗ് രംഗത്തു പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് അറുപതോളം പരസ്യചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചു. ഫാസ്ട്രാക്ക് വാച്ചിന്റെ പരസ്യത്തിൽ നടൻ ജോൺ എബ്രഹാമുമൊത്തുള്ള അഭിനയം പ്രേക്ഷകശ്രദ്ധ നേടിയിരുന്നു.[8][7]

സഞ്ജനയുടെ സഹോദരി നിക്കി ഗൽറാണിയും ചലച്ചിത്രനടിയാണ്.[9]

ആരംഭം (2005) തിരുത്തുക

രണ്ടു പരസ്യചിത്രങ്ങൾക്കുശേഷം സോഗ്ഗഡു, പാണ്ഡുരംഗ വിട്ടാള എന്നീ ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ ചെറിയ വേഷങ്ങളിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചു.[10] ഗന്ധ ഹെൻഡതി എന്ന ചലച്ചിത്രത്തിൽ ആദ്യമായി നായികാവേഷത്തിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചു.[8] പക്ഷെ സഞ്ജന അഭിനയിച്ച ഒരു കാതൽ സെയ്‌വീർ എന്ന തമിഴ് ചലച്ചിത്രമാണ് ആദ്യമായി പ്രദർശനത്തിനെത്തിയത്. കുറഞ്ഞ മുതൽ മുടക്കിൽ നിർമ്മിച്ച ഈ ചിത്രം സാമ്പത്തികവിജയം നേടിയില്ല. പലരും സഞ്ജനയുടെ അഭിനയത്തെ വിമർശിച്ചിരുന്നു.[11] 2002-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ അൺഫെയ്ത്ത്ഫുൾ എന്ന ഹോളിവുഡ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെയും 2004-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മർഡർ എന്ന ഹിന്ദി ചിത്രത്തിന്റെയും റീമേക്കായിരുന്നു ഗന്ധ ഹെൻഡതി എന്ന ചലച്ചിത്രം.[12] ഈ ചിത്രവും ഏറെ വിമർശിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.[13][14] ഈ ചിത്രത്തിലെ സഞ്ജനയുടെ അഭിനയത്തിനു മിശ്രപ്രതികരണമാണ് ലഭിച്ചത്.[12] 2008-ൽ പുരി ജഗന്നാഥ് സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ബുജ്ജിഗഡു എന്ന തെലുങ്ക് ചിത്രത്തിൽ പ്രഭാസിനും തൃഷയ്ക്കുമൊപ്പം ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ വേഷം ചെയ്തു. ഇതൊരു ചെറിയ വേഷമായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും സഞ്ജനയ്ക്കു പ്രേക്ഷകശ്രദ്ധ നേടാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു.[7][15] 2010-ൽ പോലീസ് ,പോലീസ് എന്ന തെലുങ്ക് ചിത്രത്തിനുശേഷം ഹുഡുഗ ഹുഡുഗി എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിൽ അതിഥിവേഷം ചെയ്തു. മിലരി എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ അഭിനയത്തിലൂടെ കന്നഡ സിനിമാ ലോകത്തു പ്രശസ്തയായി.[16] 2012-ലെ ഐ ആം സോറി മാതേ ബന്നി പ്രീത്സോന എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ അഭിനയത്തിന് മികച്ച പ്രതിനായികയ്ക്കുള്ള ബാംഗ്ലൂർ ടൈംസ് അവാർഡ് സഞ്ജനയ്ക്കു ലഭിച്ചു.[17][18]

2012 ജനുവരിയിൽ കാസനോവ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ മലയാള ചലച്ചിത്ര രംഗത്തു പ്രവേശിച്ചു.[7][19] ഈ ചിത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു സൽസ നർത്തകിയായാണ് സഞ്ജന അഭിനയിച്ചത്.[7] 2012-ൽ ഷാജി കൈലാസ് സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ദ കിംഗ് ആൻഡ് ദ കമ്മീഷണർ എന്ന മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രത്തിലും അഭിനയിച്ചു.

2017 മുതൽ തിരുത്തുക

2017-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ദണ്ഡുപാളയ 2 എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ചന്ദ്രി എന്ന കഥാപാത്രത്തിലൂടെ നിരൂപകശ്രദ്ധ നേടി. തെന്നിന്ത്യൻ നടി പൂജാ ഗാന്ധിയോടൊപ്പം സഞ്ജനയും അറിയപ്പെടാൻ തുടങ്ങി.[20]

വിവാദങ്ങൾ തിരുത്തുക

2017-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ദണ്ഡുപാളയ 2 എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ അഭിനയത്തിനു സഞ്ജനയ്ക്കു പ്രേക്ഷകശ്രദ്ധ നേടാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. കർണാടകയിലെ അധോലോക സംഘമായ 'ദണ്ഡുപാളയ'യെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ദണ്ഡുപാളയ എന്ന ചലച്ചിത്രം 2012-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. ഈ ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ രണ്ടാം ഭാഗമായാണ് ദണ്ഡുപാളയ 2 പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയത്. ഈ ചിത്രത്തിൽ സഞ്ജനാ ഗൽറാണി നഗ്നയായി അഭിനയിച്ചിരുന്നു.[21] സെൻസർ ബോർഡിന്റെ പ്രദർശനാനുമതി ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഈ രംഗങ്ങൾ ചിത്രത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. എന്നാൽ സഞ്ജനയുടെ നഗ്നദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയ വഴി പ്രചരിച്ചു. ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ പ്രചരണത്തിനായി അണിയറ പ്രവർത്തകർ തന്നെയാണ് ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ പ്രചരിപ്പിച്ചതെന്ന് ആരോപണമുണ്ട്.[21]
