അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ കാലിഫോർണിയ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത്, തെക്കുകിഴക്കൻ ലോസ് ഏഞ്ചൽസ് കൗണ്ടിയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു നഗരമാണ് പിക്കോ റിവേറ. ലോസ് ആഞ്ചലസ് നഗരകേന്ദ്രത്തിന് ഏകദേശം 11 മൈൽ (18 കിലോമീറ്റർ) തെക്കുകിഴക്കായി ലോസ് ആഞ്ചലസ് തടത്തിന്റെ കിഴക്കേ അറ്റത്തായും സൻ ഗബ്രിയേൽ താഴ്വര എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന പ്രദേശത്തിന്റെ തെക്കേ അറ്റത്തായും ഈ നഗരം സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു. ലോംഗ് ബീച്ച്, ലോസ് ആഞ്ചലസ് എന്നീ തുറമുഖങ്ങളും ലോസ് ആഞ്ചലസ് ഇന്റർനാഷണൽ എയർപോർട്ടും (LAX) ഈ നഗരത്തിനു സമീപത്തായാണ് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്.[10] 2010 ലെ സെൻസസ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഈ നഗരത്തിലെ മൊത്തം ജനസംഖ്യ 62,942 ആയിരുന്നു.
