ജി.കെ. വാസൻ
ഇന്ത്യയിലെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രവർത്തകന്‍
ഇന്ത്യയുടെ മുൻ കേന്ദ്ര കപ്പൽ ഗതാഗത മന്ത്രിയാണ് ജി.കെ. വാസന്‍. മുൻ ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷ്ണൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് അംഗമാണ്. തമിഴ് മാനില കോൺഗ്രസ് സ്ഥാപകനായ ജി.കെ. മൂപ്പനാരുടെ മകനാണ്. പിതാവിന്റെ മരണശേഷം അല്പകാലം പാർട്ടിയെ നയിച്ച ഇദ്ദേഹം പിന്നീറ്റ് ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷ്ണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിൽ ലയിച്ചു. മന്മോഹൻ സിങ് ആദ്യമായി നയ്ച്ച മന്ത്രിസഭയിൽ സഹമന്ത്രിയായിരുന്നു. നിലവിൽ രാജ്യസഭാംഗമായ ഇദ്ദേഹം ആ പദവി വഹിക്കുന്നത് രണ്ടാം തവണയാണ്.
