ഗ്രേസ് പട്രീഷ് കെല്ലി (ജീവിതകാലം : നവംബർ 12, 1929 – സെപ്റ്റംബർ 14, 1982) ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ നടിയായിരുന്നു. 1956 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ പ്രിൻസ് റെയ്‍നിയർ III നെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം അവർ മോണാക്കായിലെ രാജകുമാരിയായിത്തീർന്നു.
