ഹോട്ടലുകൾ അടക്കമുള്ള താമസസൗകര്യങ്ങൾ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി സ്ഥാപിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഒരു കമ്പനിയാണ് ഒറാവെൽ സ്റ്റേയ്സ് പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് അഥവാ ഓയോ - Oravel Stays Private Limited, trading as OYO. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഹോസ്പിറ്റാലിറ്റി കമ്പനിയാണ് ഓയോ.[1][2][3][4] 2013 ൽ റിതേഷ് അഗർവാൾ സ്ഥാപിച്ച ഈ കമ്പനി ഇന്ത്യ, ചൈന, മലേഷ്യ, നേപ്പാൾ, യു.കെ., യുണൈറ്റഡ് അറബ് എമിറേറ്റ്സ്, സൗദി അറേബ്യ, ഫിലിപ്പീൻസ്, ഇന്തോനേഷ്യ, ജപ്പാൻ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ അഞ്ഞൂറിലധികം നഗരങ്ങളിലായി ആഗോളതലത്തിൽ 4,50,000 മുറികൾ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.[5][6][7][8][9]

2012 ൽ ഒഡീഷയിലെ റയഗഡ ജില്ലാ സ്വദേശിയായ റിതേഷ് അഗർവാൾ ഒറാവെൽ സ്റ്റേസ് എന്ന വെബ്‌സൈറ്റ് തന്റെ 18-ആം വയസ്സിൽ ആരംഭിച്ചു. നൂറിലധികം ബെഡ്, ബ്രേക്ക്ഫാസ്റ്റ് ഹോമുകൾ, ഗസ്റ്റ് ഹൗസുകൾ, ചെറിയ ഹോട്ടലുകൾ എന്നിവയിൽ താമസിച്ച് മൂന്നു മാസത്തെ പഠനശേഷം അദ്ദേഹം 2013 ൽ ഒറാവെലിനെ OYO എന്ന പേരിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി സ്ഥാപിച്ചു.[10] 2013-ൽ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച ബിസിനസ് ആശയത്തിനുള്ള ആഗോള പുരസ്കാരമായ തീൽ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ് നേടുന്ന ആദ്യത്തെ ഏഷ്യക്കാരനുമാണ് റിതേഷ്. നഗരങ്ങളിലെ മിക്ക ഹോട്ടലുകളും ഓയോ സംരംഭത്തിൽ പങ്കാളികളായി മാറി.
