Sorry, കിരൺ ഗോപി, for being late in my reply. I am not regular in malayalam wiki. The answer is no. If we should have a separate page in wiki for something, there should be a reason. There is a lot of redundancy now in wiki and much of this is contributed by us Indians and more specifically malayalees. There is absolutely no technical issues in this. The server can have any no of pages. But there will be duplications. When both of the articles grow ('Place name' and 'Place-name Grama panchayat'), they tend to host almost the same data creating duplication. A effortful contribtion of one editor on one of the articles wont be seen by visitors who reach the other page. So effort is wasted. And a later merger will be really difficult.
