ഗർഭപാത്രം യോനിയുടെ ദ്വാരത്തിലേക്കോ അതിലൂടെയോ താഴേക്ക് ഇറങ്ങുന്നതാണ് ഗർഭാശയ പ്രോലാപ്സ് . [1] യോനി നിറയുക, ലൈംഗിക ബന്ധത്തിൽ വേദന, മൂത്രമൊഴിക്കുന്നതിൽ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട്, മൂത്രതടസ്സം, മലബന്ധം എന്നിവ ലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ ആണ്. [1] കാലക്രമേണ വഷളാകുന്നതായി കണ്ടൂവരുന്നു. [2] നടുവേദന, യോനിയിൽ രക്തസ്രാവം എന്നിവയും ഉണ്ടാകാം. [3]
