ബന്ധു ടിർക്കി
ഝാർഖണ്ഡ് നിയമസഭയിലെ മുൻ അംഗമായിരുന്നു ബന്ധു ടിർക്കി. 2019 ൽ അദ്ദേഹം ജാർഖണ്ഡിലെ മണ്ഡറിൽ നിന്ന് ഝാർഖണ്ഡ് വികാസ് മോർച്ചയുടെ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥിയായി നിയമസഭയിലേക്ക് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു. ഇന്ത്യൻ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ പറഞ്ഞതിനേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ പണം കൈവശം വച്ചതിന് 2022 ഫെബ്രുവരിയിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ തൽസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിന്ന് പുറത്താക്കി.[1]

പാർട്ടി വിരുദ്ധ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളുടെ പേരിൽ ബാബുലാൽ മറാണ്ടി തന്റെ പാർട്ടി എംഎൽഎമാരായ പ്രദീപ് യാദവിനെയും ടിർക്കിയെയും പാർട്ടിയിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്താക്കി. ഇരുവരും പിന്നീട് ഇന്ത്യൻ നാഷണൽ കോൺഗ്രസിൽ ചേർന്നു, ഝാർഖണ്ഡ് വികാസ് മോർച്ച (പ്രജാതാന്ത്രിക് പാർട്ടി) പിന്നീട് ഭാരതീയ ജനതാ പാർട്ടിയിൽ ലയിച്ചു.[2][3]
2022 മാർച്ച് 28 ന് ബന്ധുവിനെ അഴിമതിക്കേസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് 3 വർഷത്തെ തടവിന് ശിക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.[4]
അനധികൃത സ്വത്ത് സമ്പാദന കേസിൽ സി. ബി. ഐ കോടതി ശിക്ഷിച്ചതിനെ തുടർന്ന് 2022 ഏപ്രിലിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ അഞ്ചാം ഝാർഖണ്ഡ് നിയമസഭ നിന്ന് അയോഗ്യനാക്കി.
