Thanks for the welcome note. I have developed an input system for Malayalam with my limited knowledge of Malayalam script [[:new:MediaWiki:Translitma.js|here]]. You can take a look at the Nepal Bhasa searchbox or edit a page there. The transliteration does the same thing to Malayalam script here once it is installed to the Monobook.
