[[മലയാളം|മലയാളത്തിലെ]] പ്രമുഖ കവിയും ചലച്ചിത്രഗാനരചയിതാവുമായിരുന്നു '''തിരുനൈനാർകുറിച്ചി മാധവൻ നായർ''' (ജനനം: ഏപ്രിൽ 16, 1916 - മരണം: ഏപ്രിൽ 1, 1965). നോവലിസ്റ്റ്, ചെറുകഥാകൃത്ത്, നാടകകൃത്ത് എന്നീ നിലകളിലും ശ്രദ്ധേയനായിരുന്നു ഇദ്ദേഹം. 1951 മുതൽ 1965 വരെ ഏകദേശം 300 ഓളം ഗാനങ്ങൾ ഇദ്ദേഹം രചിച്ചു.<ref>B.
