നോർത്ത്‍വെസ്റ്റ് ടെറിറ്ററീസ്
നോർത്ത്‍വെസ്റ്റ് ടെറിറ്ററീസ് കാനഡയിലെ ഒരു ഫെഡറൽ പ്രദേശമാണ്. 1,144,000 ചതുരശ്ര കിലോമീറ്റർ (442,000 ചതുരശ്ര മൈൽ) വിസ്തീർണ്ണവും 2016 ലെ സെൻസസ് പ്രകാരം 41,786 ജനസംഖ്യയുമുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഇത് വടക്കൻ കാനഡയിലെ മൂന്ന് ഫെഡറൽ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ വലിപ്പത്തിൽ രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനത്തുള്ളതും ഏറ്റവും ജനസാന്ദ്രവുമായ പ്രദേശമാണ്. 2021-ലെ കണക്കനുസരിച്ച് അതിന്റെ ജനസംഖ്യ 45,515 ആണ്. കരോത്തേർസ് കമ്മീസിന്റെ ശുപാർശകൾ പാലിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് 1967 ൽ യെല്ലോനൈഫ് പട്ടണം പ്രാദേശിക തലസ്ഥാനമാക്കപ്പെട്ടു.
