[1] 2019-ൽ ഫെഡറേഷൻ ഓഫ് ഒബ്‌സ്റ്റട്രിക് ആൻഡ് ഗൈനക്കോളജിക്കൽ സൊസൈറ്റീസ് ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട പ്രസിഡന്റാണ് [2] [3] . ഫെഡറേഷൻ ഓഫ് ഒബ്‌സ്റ്റട്രിക് ആൻഡ് ഗൈനക്കോളജിക്കൽ സൊസൈറ്റീസ് ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ആദ്യ വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് കൂടിയാണ് അവർ. ഫോർട്ടിസ് ബ്ലൂം ഐവിഎഫ് സെന്ററുകൾ ( ന്യൂഡൽഹി, ഗുഡ്ഗാവ്, ചണ്ഡീഗഡ്, മുംബൈ ), ലീലാവതി ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ ആൻഡ് റിസർച്ച് സെന്റർ മുംബൈ, [6] [7] പാൽഷെത്കർ പാട്ടീൽ നഴ്‌സിംഗ് ഹോം എന്നിവയുൾപ്പെടെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ പതിനൊന്ന് ബ്ലൂം ഐവിഎഫ് കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിൽ ഇൻ വിട്രോ ഫെർട്ടിലൈസേഷൻ ആൻഡ് വന്ധ്യതാ ഡയറക്ടർ ആണ് അവർ. മുംബൈ, ഡി വൈ പാട്ടീൽ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ്, സക്ര വേൾഡ് ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ ബാംഗ്ലൂർ. [8] [9] ഇന്ത്യൻ സൊസൈറ്റി ഫോർ അസിസ്റ്റഡ് റീപ്രൊഡക്ഷൻ പ്രസിഡന്റും മുംബൈയിലെ ലീലാവതി ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ ബ്ലൂം ഐവിഎഫ് സെന്ററിന്റെ മെഡിക്കൽ ഡയറക്ടറുമാണ് പൽഷേത്കർ. [10] [11]

ഇന്ത്യയിലെ വിവിധ പരിപാടികൾ, ആശുപത്രികൾ, മെഡിക്കൽ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ച് 1994 മുതൽ ക്ഷണിക്കപ്പെട്ട സ്പീക്കറും ഫാക്കൽറ്റിയുമാണ് പാൽഷേത്കർ. [12]

പെൺകുട്ടികൾക്കിടയിൽ നേതൃത്വപരമായ കഴിവുകൾ വികസിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും ആരോഗ്യ അവബോധം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുമായി രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്ത PVR നെസ്റ്റ് സംരംഭമായ ഷീ ഈസ് അംബാസഡർ പ്രോഗ്രാം 2017-നെ പാൽഷെത്കർ പിന്തുണച്ചു. [13] [14] മുംബൈയിലുടനീളമുള്ള 50 സ്‌കൂളുകളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള 50,000-ത്തിലധികം പെൺകുട്ടികൾക്ക് തങ്ങൾക്കും അവരുടെ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റികൾക്കും ഉള്ളിൽ മാറ്റം കൊണ്ടുവരാനും മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് “ആരോഗ്യ അംബാസഡർ” ആയി പ്രവർത്തിക്കാനും ഈ പ്രോഗ്രാം പ്രചോദനം നൽകി. 2014-ൽ ഹൗസ് ഓഫ് കോമൺസിൽ വെച്ച് പൽഷേത്കർ "ഭാരത് ഗൗരവ് അവാർഡ്", [16] [17] -ൽ ആരോഗ്യ സംരക്ഷണത്തിനുള്ള മികച്ച സംഭാവനയ്ക്കുള്ള ടൈംസ് നെറ്റ്‌വർക്ക് ദേശീയ അവാർഡ്, 2017-ൽ മലേഷ്യയിലെ ഗോൾഡൻ ഗ്ലോബ് ടൈഗേഴ്‌സ് അവാർഡ് എന്നിവയും നേടി.

2021-ൽ, യുണൈറ്റഡ് കിംഗ്ഡത്തിലെ റോയൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫ് ഒബ്‌സ്റ്റട്രീഷ്യൻസ് ആൻഡ് ഗൈനക്കോളജിസ്റ്റിലെ സ്ത്രീകളുടെ ആരോഗ്യ സംരക്ഷണ സേവനങ്ങളുടെ വികസനത്തിലെ നേട്ടത്തിനും പിന്തുണയ്ക്കും പാൽഷെത്കറിന് ഫെല്ലോഷിപ്പ് ഓണറിസ് കോസ ലഭിച്ചു. [18]

എല്ലാ മാസവും 9-ന് ഗർഭിണികൾക്ക് നിശ്ചിത ദിവസം ഉറപ്പുനൽകിയതും സമഗ്രവും ഗുണമേന്മയുള്ളതുമായ ഗർഭകാല പരിചരണം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റ് ഓഫ് ഹെൽത്ത് ആൻഡ് ഫാമിലി വെൽഫെയർ (MoHFW) ആരംഭിച്ച 'പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സുരക്ഷിത് മാതൃത്വ അഭിയാൻ' പദ്ധതിയിൽ പാൽഷെത്കർ പങ്കെടുത്തു.
