കരിയർ
ജാനേമൻ (2021), മഞ്ഞുമ്മൽ ബോയ്സ് (2024) എന്നീ സിനിമകളിലൂടെയാണ് ചിദംബരം എസ്. പൊതുവാൾ പ്രശസ്തനായത്.[3][4] കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ പയ്യന്നൂരിലാണ് ജനനം. അനുജനായ ഗണപതി എസ് പൊതുവാളും അച്ഛൻ സതീഷ് പൊതുവാളും സിനിമാരംഗത്ത് തന്നെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവരാണ്. ജാനേമൻ സിനിമയുടെ തിരക്കഥാരചനയിൽ അനുജൻ ഗണപതി എസ് പൊതുവാൾ പങ്കാളിയായിരുന്നു. കൂടാതെ മഞ്ഞുമ്മൽ ബോയ്സിന്റെ കാസ്റ്റിങ് ഡയറക്ടറും ഗണപതി ആയിരുന്നു. ജാനേമൻ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് കമ്മട്ടിപ്പാടം, ഈട തുടങ്ങിയ ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ ചിദംബരം സഹസംവിധായകനായിട്ടുണ്ട്. രാജീവ് രവിയോടൊപ്പം സിനിമാട്ടോഗ്രഫിയിലും ജോലി ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.[5][6][7][8]
