ക്യൂർവാക് കോവിഡ്-19 വാക്സിൻ
ക്യൂർവാക് N.V. യും കോളിഷൻ ഫോർ എപ്പിഡെമിക് പ്രിപ്പേർഡ്നെസ് ഇന്നൊവേഷൻസ് (CEPI) ഉം ചേർന്ന് വികസിപ്പിച്ചെടുത്ത കോവിഡ്-19 വാക്സിൻ കാൻഡിഡേറ്റാണ് ക്യൂർവാക് കോവിഡ്-19 വാക്സിൻ. [1][2] 2021 ഏപ്രിൽ വരെ ഇത് നിലവിൽ മൂന്നാം ഘട്ട ക്ലിനിക്കൽ പരീക്ഷണങ്ങളിലാണ്. CVnCoV എന്ന പേരിൽ നിർമ്മാതാവ് വാക്സിൻ വിപണനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.[3]

കൊറോണ വൈറസ് സ്പൈക്ക് പ്രോട്ടീന്റെ ഏറ്റവും ചുരുങ്ങിയ ഭാഗം എൻ‌കോഡു ചെയ്യുകയും അതിനെതിരെ രോഗപ്രതിരോധ ശേഷി സജീവമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു എം‌ആർ‌എൻ‌എ വാക്സിനാണ് CVnCoV.[4][5] CVnCoV സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യ മനുഷ്യ ജീനോമുമായി പരസ്‌പരം പ്രവർത്തനം നടത്തുന്നില്ല.[4]
CVnCoV ൽ ജനിതക മാറ്റം വരുത്താത്ത ആർ.എൻ.എ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു.[6] ഇതിൽ നിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തമായി ഫൈസർ-ബയോ‌ടെക് കോവിഡ് -19 വാക്സിൻ, മോഡേണ കോവിഡ് -19 വാക്സിൻ എന്നിവയിൽ രണ്ടിലും ന്യൂക്ലിയോസൈഡ് മോഡിഫൈഡ് ആർ‌എൻ‌എ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു.[7]
