നൈൽഗ്രാസ്

നൈൽഗ്രാസ് എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന സൈപറസ് പാപ്പിറസ് പുഷ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു അക്വാട്ടിക്(ജല)സസ്യമാണ്. നല്ല സൂര്യപ്രകാശമുള്ള ഇടങ്ങളിലാണ് ഇത് വളരുന്നത്. ആഫ്രിക്ക,മഡഗാസ്ക്കർ,മെഡിറ്ററേനിയൻ പ്രദേശങ്ങൾ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ ചതുപ്പുകളിലും തടാകക്കരകളിലുമാണ് ഇത് കാണപ്പെടുന്നത്.
