ഹോഫ്മാൻ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ്സ് അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിലെ ഇല്ലിനോയി സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഒരു ഗ്രാമമാണ്. പ്രാഥമികമായി കുക്ക് കൗണ്ടിയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഈ ഗ്രാമത്തിൻറെ ഒരു ചെറിയ ഭാഗം കെയ്ൻ കൗണ്ടിയിൽ ഉണ്ട്. ഇത് ഷിക്കാഗോയുടെ ഒരു പ്രാന്തപ്രദേശമാണ്. 2010 ലെ യു.എസ്. സെൻസസ് അനുസരിച്ച്, 51,895[3] ആയിരുന്ന ഇവിടുത്തെ ജനസംഖ്യ, 2019 ലെ കണക്കുകൾപ്രകാരം 50,932 ആയി വർദ്ധിച്ചിരുന്നു.[4]

ചരിത്രം
തിരുത്തുക1940 -കൾക്ക് മുമ്പ്, വൈൽഡ്കാറ്റ് ഗ്രോവ് എന്നറിയപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന ഈ പ്രദേശത്തേയ്ക്ക് ജർമ്മൻ കുടിയേറ്റക്കാർ റോസെൽ റോഡിന് പടിഞ്ഞാറ് ഭാഗത്തേക്കും ഗോൾഫ് റോഡിന് വടക്ക് ഭാഗത്തേക്കും എത്തിച്ചേർന്നു. 1940 -കളിൽ ഈ പ്രദേശത്ത് കർഷകർ ഭൂമി വാങ്ങുന്നതുവരെ പ്രദേശത്ത് ജനവാസം വളരെ കുറവായിരുന്നു.
