ഹൈപ്പോക്സിഡേസീ
ഏകബീജപത്രസസ്യങ്ങളുടെ ഓർഡറായ ആസ്പർജേൽസിലുള്ള ഒരു സപുഷ്പി സസ്യകുടുംബമാണ് ഹൈപ്പോക്സിഡേസീ.[2]

2016 ലെ APG IV system ഈ സസ്യകുടുംബത്തെ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു.[3] ഇതിൽ 160 സ്പീഷീസുകൾ അടങ്ങുന്ന 4 ജനുസുകളുണ്ട്.[4][5][1][6]
ഈ കുടുംബത്തിലെ അംഗങ്ങൾ പുല്ലിന്റേത് പോലുള്ള ഇലകളും, ഭൂകാണ്ഡമായി രൂപാന്തരം സംഭവിച്ച തണ്ടുകളുമുള്ള ചെറുതും ഇടത്തരം വലിപ്പമുള്ളവയുമായ ഓഷധികളാണ്. മൂന്നിതളുകളുള്ള പൂക്കൾ റേഡിയൽ സിമ്മട്രി ഉള്ളവയാണ്. താഴെഭാഗത്തുള്ള അണ്ഡാശയം ബെറി ആയി പാകപ്പെടുന്നു.
