സെന്റ് ആൻഡ്രൂസ് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി, സ്കോട്ട്ലാന്റിൽ ഫിഫെ കൌണ്ടിയിലെ സെന്റ് ആൻഡ്രൂസ് പട്ടണത്തിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് പൊതു സർവ്വകലാശാലയാണ് സ്കോട്ട്ലൻഡിലെ നാലു പ്രാചീന സർവകലാശാലകളിൽ ഏറ്റവും പഴക്കം ചെന്നതും ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് സംസാരിക്കുന്ന ലോകത്തിലെ മൂന്നാമത്തെ ഏറ്റവും പഴക്കമേറിയ സർവ്വകലാശാലയുമാണിത് (ഓക്സ്ഫോർഡ്, കേംബ്രിഡ്ജ് സർവകലാശാലകൾക്കു ശേഷം). 1410 നും 1413 നും ഇടക്കുള്ള കാലത്ത് അവിഗ്നൻ ആന്റിപോപ്പ് ബെനഡിക്ട് XIII, അഗസ്റ്റീനിയൻ പുരോഹിതഗണത്തിലെ ചെറിയ സ്ഥാപക സംഘത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച പേപ്പൽ ബുൾ എന്നറിയപ്പെട്ട പൊതു ഉത്തരവു പ്രകാരമാണ് സെന്റ് ആൻഡ്രൂസ് സർ‌വ്വകലാശാല സ്ഥാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടത്.
