ലെന ഡൺഹാം (ജനനം: 1986 മേയ് 13) ഒരു അമേരിക്കൻ അഭിനേത്രിയും, എഴുത്തുകാരിയും സംവിധായികയും, നിർമ്മാതാവുമാണ്. ഗേൾസ് (2012-2017) എന്ന HBO ടെലിവിഷൻ പരമ്പരയായുടെ സ്രഷ്‌ടാവ്‌, രചയിതാവ്, നടി എന്നീ നിലകളിൽ അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ലെന ഡൺഹാമിന് ഇതിലെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് നിരവധി എമ്മി അവാർഡ് നാമനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങളും രണ്ട് ഗോൾഡൻ ഗ്ലോബ് അവാർഡുകളും ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു.[1][2] ഗേൾസ് പരമ്പരയുടെ നിരവധി എപ്പിസോഡുകൾ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുവാനും അവസരം ലഭിച്ച ഡൺഹാം ഒരു കോമഡി പരമ്പരയുടെ മികച്ച സംവിധായികക്കുള്ള ഡയറക്ടേർസ് ഗിൽഡ് ഓഫ് അമേരിക്ക അവാർഡ് ലഭിച്ച ആദ്യ വനിതയായി.[3] ഗേൾസ് പരമ്പരയ്ക്കു മുൻപ് ഡൺഹാം, അർദ്ധ ജീവചരിത്രപരവും സ്വതന്ത്രവുമായ ടൈനി ഫർണിച്ചർ (2010) എന്ന രചിക്കുകയും സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുകയും അതോടൊപ്പം അഭിനയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ഈ സിനിമയുടെ പേരിൽ ആദ്യത്തെ മികച്ച തിരക്കഥയ്ക്കുള്ള ഇൻഡിപെൻഡന്റ് സ്പിരിറ്റ് പരസ്കാരം അവർക്കു ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.[4][5]
