ലിറ്റോറിയ
ഓസ്ട്രേലിയ, ബിസ്മാർക്ക് ദ്വീപസമൂഹം, സോളമൻ ദ്വീപുകൾ, ന്യൂ ഗ്വിനിയ, ലെസ്സർ സുന്ദ ദ്വീപുകൾ, മലുകു ദ്വീപുകൾ, ടിമോർ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഹൈലിഡേ മരത്തവളകളുടെ ഒരു ജനുസ്സാണ് ലിറ്റോറിയ. അവയെ ഓസ്ട്രേലിയൻ മരത്തവളകൾ എന്നും വിളിക്കാറുണ്ട്. തിരശ്ചീനമായ ഐറിസ്, പിഗ്മെന്റേഷൻ ഇല്ലാത്ത കൺപോളകൾ, അവയുടെ വാലേസിയൻ വിതരണം എന്നിവയാൽ ഇവ മറ്റ് മരത്തവളകളിൽ നിന്ന് വേർതിരിച്ചറിയാൻ കഴിയും. 150 ഓളം ഇനങ്ങളെ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ ഓരോ വർഷവും ശരാശരി നിരവധി പുതിയ ഇനങ്ങളെ വിവരിക്കുന്നു. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് പിനോച്ചിയോ തവള 2008-ൽ കണ്ടെത്തുകയും 2019-ൽ വിവരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.[1][2]
