അമേരിക്കൻ ഐക്യനാടുകളിൽ കാലിഫോർണിയ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ പ്ലാസർ കൗണ്ടിയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു നഗരമാണ് ലിങ്കൺ. ഇത് സക്രാമെന്റോ മെട്രോപ്പോളിറ്റൻ പ്രദേശത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്. 10,000 ജനസംഖ്യയുമായി വേഗത്തിൽ വികസനത്തിലേയക്കു കുതിക്കുന്ന നഗരപ്രാന്ത വികസന പ്രദേശത്തു സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഈ നഗരത്തിന് 2000 നും 2010 നും ഇടയിൽ 282.1 ശതമാനം വളർച്ചയുണ്ടായി.[9] 2015 ലെ കണക്കുകൾ പ്രകാരം ഈ നഗരത്തിലെ ആകെ ജനസംഖ്യ 45,837 ആയിരുന്നു.[7] ലിങ്കൺ നഗരം സാക്രമെന്റോ-റോസ്‍വില്ലെ മെട്രോപോളിറ്റൻ പ്രദേശത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്.
