ഒരു പരിസ്ഥിതി പ്രവർത്തകയും മെക്സിക്കൻ വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയത്തിലെ ബഹുമുഖ കാര്യങ്ങളുടെയും മനുഷ്യാവകാശങ്ങളുടെയും അണ്ടർസെക്രട്ടറിയുമാണ് മാർത്ത ഡെൽഗാഡോ പെരാൾട്ട (ജനനം 26 ഏപ്രിൽ 1969) .[1][2][3][4] 2003-ൽ ഡെൽഗാഡോ പെരാൾട്ട പ്രാദേശിക കോൺഗ്രസിലേക്ക് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടു. 2006-2012 വരെ മെക്സിക്കോ സിറ്റിയുടെ പരിസ്ഥിതി മന്ത്രിയായി അവർ സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചു.[5][6] പരിസ്ഥിതി മന്ത്രിയായിരിക്കെ മെക്സിക്കോ സിറ്റിയുടെ ഗ്രീൻ പ്ലാൻ, കാലാവസ്ഥാ പ്രവർത്തന പരിപാടി, ഇക്കോബിസി എന്ന ബൈക്ക് ഷെയറിംഗ് പ്രോഗ്രാം എന്നിവയുൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള പരിസ്ഥിതി നയങ്ങൾ വികസിപ്പിക്കാൻ അവർ സഹായിച്ചു.[7][8][9][10]
