2018 ലെ കോമൺ‌വെൽത്ത് ഗെയിംസിൽ വെള്ളി മെഡൽ നേടിയ ഇന്ത്യൻ ബോക്‌സറാണ് മനീഷ് കൗഷിക് (ജനനം: 11 ജനുവരി 1996). [1] ലൈറ്റ് വെയ്റ്റ് വിഭാഗത്തിൽ 2017 ലെ ദേശീയ ബോക്സിംഗ് ഗെയിംസിൽ കൗഷിക് സ്വർണ്ണ മെഡലും നേടി. ഹരിയാനയിലെ ഭിവാനി ജില്ലയിലെ ദേവ്സർ ഗ്രാമത്തിലാണ് അദ്ദേഹം ജനിച്ചത്. നിലവിൽ അദ്ദേഹം ഇന്ത്യൻ സൈന്യത്തിൽ സുബേദാറായി ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നു. 1996 ജനുവരി 11 ന് ഹരിയാനയിലെ ഭിവാനി ജില്ലയിലെ ദേവ്സർ ഗ്രാമത്തിലാണ് മനീഷ് കൗഷിക് ജനിച്ചത്. പിതാവ് സോംദത്ത് ശർമ ഒരു കർഷകനായിരുന്നു. ബോക്സർ ജിതേന്ദർ കുമാർ 2008 സമ്മർ ഒളിമ്പിക്സിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തതാണ് മനീഷ് കൗഷിക്കിന് പ്രചോദനമായത്. 2017 ൽ നിലവിലെ ചാമ്പ്യൻ ശിവ താപ്പയെ തോൽപ്പിച്ച് മനീഷ് കൗഷിക് ആദ്യമായി ദേശീയ ചാമ്പ്യനായി മാറി. 2019 ൽ റഷ്യയിലെ ഏകാതെറിൻബർഗിൽ നടന്ന ലോക പുരുഷ ബോക്സിങ് ചാമ്പ്യൻഷിപ്പിൽ 63 കിലോഗ്രാം വിഭാഗത്തിൽ അദ്ദേഹം വെങ്കല മെഡൽ നേടി.
