If there's no translated page regarding policy violations here in malayalam wiki, its obvious that the rules from its parent en wiki will play the role. :Beware, there is an admin here who is thoroughly ignorant of Wikipedia policies and who act in tandem with a trolling party. You can see my post on his blocking an IP above. We can't trust the judgement of such people. So, you need to be cautious of suggesting block on abstract grounds like general conduct which is vague instead of relying on specific instances. You are afraid of trolling, Simy. And we have seen instances of attempted off-wiki harassment also. Yes, it would make your blood pressure rise, I know. If we try to discuss instances and somebody should start mudslinging, some people have the button, don't they? I have already made my stance clear towards Challiyan. He will get what he is asking for. As long as he thinks താന് is a respectful form of address, I am obliged to address him in similar terms. If you don't want that happen here you need to ask him to reform his address and get a better idea of that word. If he is unwilling, you need to make him comply. You can't ask me to be civil to Challiyan if I call him നീ because all of you have approved of his താന്. Yes, you haven't done your part, yet. The guy chose to troll using IP edits. You should have taken care of that. If Challiyan reinstated the trolling IP's edit after my revert, he should be made to answer for that. As a rule, you people are aware of incivility taking place only when I take care of that. Until then you allow it to stay. This shouldn't be so.
