we have named as வயிற்றுப் புண் (വയിറ്റു പുണ്) in tamil. A similar term is used in kannada too. peptic ulcer isn't a term which can tell its meaning through the name itself. ::If a similar malayalam word is used in some source (ayurveda experts may know the apt word - this is a condition known to indegenous medical fields) the transliterated heading may be replaced by anyone. I dont know any malayalam word used in the same sense (this shows my ignorance).
