പി.എ. ഇബ്റാഹിം ഹാജി

കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഒരു വ്യവസായിയും സംരംഭകനുമായിരുന്നു പള്ളിക്കരെ അബ്ദുല്ല ഇബ്റാഹിം ഹാജി എന്ന പി.എ. ഇബ്റാഹിം ഹാജി (6 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 1943 - 21 ഡിസംബർ 2021)[2][3][4]. ഇൻഡസ് മോട്ടോർ കമ്പനി സ്ഥാപകൻ, പേസ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ ചെയർമാൻ, മലബാർ ഗോൾഡ് കോ-ചെയർമാൻ എന്നീ സ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ വഹിച്ച അദ്ദേഹം[5][6] ജീവകാരുണ്യപ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലും ശ്രദ്ധയൂന്നിയിരുന്നു[7]. 2015-ൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഗവണ്മെന്റിന്റെ പ്രവാസിരത്ന അവാർഡ് ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു.

കാസർഗോഡ് ജില്ലയിലെ പള്ളിക്കരയിൽ 1943 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 6-നാണ് ഇബ്റാഹിം ജനിക്കുന്നത്. വസ്ത്രവ്യാപാരിയായിരുന്ന അബ്ദുല്ല ഇബ്റാഹിം ഹാജി-ആയിഷ ദമ്പതികളുടെ മകനായാണ് അദ്ദേഹം ജനിച്ചത്. സ്കൂൾ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ശേഷം ഓട്ടോമൊബൈൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിങിൽ ഡിപ്ലോമ കരസ്ഥമാക്കി.[8][9][10]

1966-ൽ പത്തേമാരി കയറി ദുബൈയിൽ എത്തിച്ചേർന്ന ഇബ്റാഹിം[11], 400 റിയാൽ ശമ്പളത്തിന് ജോലിയാരംഭിച്ചു[12]. 1974-ൽ വസ്ത്രവ്യാപാരത്തിലൂടെ സംരംഭകനായി തുടക്കം കുറിച്ച അദ്ദേഹം പിന്നീട് സൗന്ദര്യവർദ്ധക മേഖലയിലും കൈവെച്ചു. 1976-ൽ സെഞ്ച്വറി ട്രേഡിങ് കമ്പനി സ്ഥാപിച്ചു.[13][14]
