നഥാൻ കോബ്ബ്

നഥാൻ കോബ്ബ് (30 June 1859, Spencer, Massachusetts – 4 June 1932, Baltimore, Maryland) അമേരിക്കയിലെ നിമറ്റോളജിയുടെ പിതാവ് എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്നു.

ഉരുണ്ട വിരകളുടെ പഠനത്തിന് അടിസ്ഥാനമിട്ടു. നീമറ്റോഡുകളുടെ വർഗ്ഗീകരണം അദ്ദേഹം നടത്തി. 1000ത്തോളം നീമറ്റോഡുസ്പീഷീസുകളെ അദ്ദേഹം തരം തിരിച്ചു.
