ദിൽഷ പ്രസന്നൻ ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ നടിയും നർത്തകിയും ബിഗ് ബോസ് റിയാലിറ്റി ഷോയുടെ ടൈറ്റിൽ ഹോൾഡറുമാണ്. അവർ ബിഗ് ബോസ് മലയാളത്തിൻ്റെ നാലാം സീസൺ വിജയിയുമാണ്. അവർ ഇതുവരെയുള്ള ബിഗ് ബോസ് സീസണുകളിലെ ആദ്യത്തെ വനിതാ വിജയിയാണ്.[1][2]

2014-ൽ അവർ ഡാൻസ് റിയാലിറ്റി പ്രോഗ്രാമായ D 4 ഡാൻസ് സീസൺ 1 ൽ മത്സരിച്ചു. അഞ്ചാം സ്ഥാനത്തെത്തി D 4 ഡാൻസ് റീലോഡഡ് എഡിഷനിലുടെ തിരിച്ചെത്തി മത്സര വിജയിയായി. [3] അവർ ടിവി സീരിയലായ കണാ കൺമണി(2016 ടിവി സീരീസ്)യിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. 2016 ലെ ഏഷ്യാനെറ്റ് ടെലിവിഷൻ അവാർഡിൽ മികച്ച അഭിനയത്തിനു അഭിനയത്തിനുള്ള അവാർഡ് അവർക്ക് ലഭിച്ചു. പിന്നീട് 2017 ൽ ഡെയർ ദി ഫിയർ എന്ന റിയാലിറ്റി ഷോയിൽ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെട്ട് ഫൈനലിൽ എത്തി. 2022 മാർച്ചിൽ ബിഗ് ബ്രദർ എന്ന റിയാലിറ്റി ടിവി ഷോയുടെ ഇന്ത്യൻ മലയാളം പതിപ്പായ ബിഗ് ബോസ് മലയാളത്തിൻ്റെ നാലാം സീസണിൽ ദിൽഷ മത്സരിച്ചു. അവർ പതിനാലാഴ്ച ബിഗ് ബോസ് ഹൗസിൽ തുടർന്നു. പിന്നിട് വിജയിയായി. ബിഗ് ബോസ് മലയാളം റിയാലിറ്റി ടിവി പ്രോഗ്രാമിൻ്റെ ചരിത്രത്തിൽ കിരീടം നേടുന്ന ആദ്യ വനിതാ മത്സരാർത്ഥിയാണ് അവർ.[4][5][6]
