ഡ്വൈറ്റ് ഐസനോവർ
1953 മുതൽ1961 വരെ അമേരിക്കയുടെ 34 ആം പ്രസിഡണ്ടും അമേരിക്കയുടെ സൈനികതലവനും ആയിരുന്നു ഡ്വൈറ്റ് ഐസൻഹാവർ (Dwight David "Ike" Eisenhower) (/ˈaɪzənˌhaʊ.ər/ EYE-zən-HOW-ər; ഒക്ടോബർ14, 1890 – മാർച്ച് 28, 1969) . രണ്ടാം ലോകമഹായുദ്ധകാലത്ത് സഖ്യകക്ഷികളുടെ യൂറോപ്പിലെ പരമാധികാര സൈന്യാധിപൻ ഐസൻഹാവർ ആയിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹമാണ് 1942-43 കാലത്ത് വടക്കേ ആഫ്രിക്കയിലേക്കും 1944 - 45 കാലത്ത് ഫ്രാൻസിലേക്കും ജർമനിയിലേക്കും സൈന്യത്തെ നയിച്ച് വിജയത്തിലെത്തിച്ചതിന്റെ സൂത്രധാരൻ. 1951 - ൽ അദ്ദേഹം നാറ്റോയുടെ (NATO) ആദ്യ സർവ്വാധിപനായി.[4]
