ജൂഡിത്ത് സീലാൻഡർ
അമേരിക്കൻ ചരിത്രകാരിയും പണ്ഡിതയുമാണ് ജൂഡിത്ത് സീലാൻഡർ. അവർ ബൗളിംഗ് ഗ്രീൻ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സർവകലാശാലയിലെ ചരിത്ര പ്രഫസറാണ്.

1977ൽ ഡ്യൂക്ക് സർവകലാശാലയിൽ നിന്ന് പി എച്ച്ഡി നേടി.[1]

സ്ത്രീകളുടെ ചരിത്രം, വ്യാപാരം, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മുന്നേറ്റം പരോപകാര പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയിൽ ഗവേഷണം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. കുട്ടികളുടെ ആരോഗ്യം, അവസരങ്ങൾ, സുരക്ഷിതത്വം എന്നിവ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള അമേരിക്കൻ ഗവണ്മെന്റിന്റെ ശ്രമങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് പഠിച്ച സേലാൻഡർ അവയെ പരാജയമെന്നാണ് വിശേഷിപ്പിച്ചത്.[2]
ബൗളിംഗ് ഗ്രീൻ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സർവകലാശാലയിൽ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് അവർ റൈറ്റ് സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സർവകലാശാലയിൽ പഠിപ്പിച്ചു.
1998ലെ ഓഹിയോ അക്കാഡമി ഓഫ് ഹിസ്റ്ററിയുടെ മികച്ച പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണത്തിനുള്ള അവാർഡ് നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.[3] നാഷണൽ എൻഡോവ്മെന്റ് ഫോർ ഹ്യൂമാനിറ്റീസ്, അമേരിക്കൻ അസോസിയേഷൻ ഓഫ് കോളേജസ്, റോക്ക്ഫെല്ലർ ആർക്കൈവ് സെന്റർ, ഇൻഡ്യാന യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി സെന്റർ ഫോർ സ്റ്റഡി ഓഫ് ഫിലാന്ത്രോപ്പി തുടങ്ങിയവയിൽ നിന്ന് നിരവധി അവാർഡുകൾ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.[4]
