ചെറോക്കീ ഭാഷ (Cherokee: ᏣᎳᎩ ᎦᏬᏂᎯᏍᏗ Tsalagi Gawonihisdi)അമേരിക്കയിലെ ഗോത്രജനതയായ ചെറോക്കീ ജനത സംസാരിക്കുന്ന ഭാഷയാണ്. ഇതൊരു ഇറോഘോയിയൻ ഭാഷയാണ്. [10]ഇതാണ് ഒരേയൊരു തെക്കൻ ഇറോഘോയിയൻ ഭാഷ. [5][6][7]മറ്റു ഇറോഘോയിയൻ ഭാഷകളേക്കാൾ ഇത് വളരെ വ്യത്യസ്തമാണ്. ചെറോക്കീ ഭാഷ ഒരു ബഹുഭാഷാസമ്മിശ്രഭാഷയാകുന്നു. ഇതിനു പ്രത്യേകം എഴുത്തുരീതിയുണ്ട്. ഇന്ന് തെക്കേ അമേരിക്കയിലെ ശക്തമായ ഗോത്രഭാഷകളിലൊന്നാകുന്നു. കാരണം ഈ ഭാഷ വിശദമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ ഭാഷയിൽ അനേകം സാഹിത്യ കൃതികൾ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിൽ ചെറോക്ക്ക്കീ നിഘണ്ടുവും വ്യാകരണപുസ്തകവും ചെറോക്കീ ഭാഷയിലെ 1850–1951ലെ ബൈബിളും പെടും. അമേരിക്കയിലെ ഗോത്രഭാഷകളിൽ ആദ്യമായി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ട പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണമാണ് ചെറോക്കീ ഫോണിക്സ് എന്ന പത്രം.
