വിർജീനിയയിലെ അലക്സാണ്ട്രിയയിൽ[4][5][6] ജനിച്ചു വളർന്ന കേസി വിൽസൺ 1998 ൽ[7] ടിസി വില്യംസ് ഹൈസ്കൂളിൽ നിന്ന് ബിരുദം നേടുകയും ന്യൂയോർക്ക് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിലെ ടിഷ് സ്കൂൾ ഓഫ് ആർട്‌സിലും സ്റ്റെല്ല അഡ്‌ലർ സ്റ്റുഡിയോ ഓഫ് ആക്ടിംഗിലും നാടകാഭിനയം പഠിച്ചു. 2002 ൽ ബിരുദം നേടുന്നസമയത്ത് ന്യുയോർക്ക് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയുടെ "എക്സലൻസ് ഇൻ ആക്ടിംഗ്" 2002 ൽ പുരസ്കാരം നേടിയിരുന്നു.[8]
