ഒകാവ ഷാസ്‌നേ
കാമറൂണിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഒരു നോളിവുഡ് നടിയാണ് ഒക്കാവ ഷാസ്‌നേ. ബ്ലോക്ക്ബസ്റ്റർ സിനിമയായ അയോറിലെ അഭിനയത്തിലൂടെ നോളിവുഡിലേക്ക് വിജയകരമായി കടന്നുകയറിയ അവരുടെ രാജ്യത്ത് നിന്നുള്ള ആദ്യത്തെ നടിയായായ അവർ റീത്ത ഡൊമിനിക്, ജോസഫ് ബെഞ്ചമിൻ എന്നിവർക്കൊപ്പം അഭിനയിച്ചു.[1] 2016-ലെ ഹിറ്റ് ടിവി സീരീസായ ദെലീല: ദി മിസ്റ്റീരിയസ് കേസ് ഓഫ് ഡെലീല ആംബ്രോസിലെ പ്രധാന വേഷത്തിലൂടെ ഒക്കാവ ഷാസ്‌നേയ്ക്ക് കൂടുതൽ പ്രാധാന്യം ലഭിച്ചു.[2] ദെലീലയിലെ അഭിനയത്തിന് 2016-ലെ ടിവി നടിക്കുള്ള എക്‌ക്വിസൈറ്റ് ലേഡി ഓഫ് ദ ഇയർ (ELOY) പുരസ്‌കാരം അവർ നേടി.[3][4]

ആദ്യകാല ജീവിതവും പശ്ചാത്തലവും
തിരുത്തുകകാമറൂണിലാണ് ഒകാവ ഷാസ്‌നെ ജനിച്ചത്. കാമറൂണിലെ ബമെൻഡയിലെ മാങ്കോൺ പ്രെസ്ബിറ്റേറിയൻ സെക്കൻഡറി സ്കൂളിൽ അവർ തന്റെ സെക്കൻഡറി സ്കൂൾ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഷാസ്‌നയ് പിന്നീട് അമേരിക്കയിലേക്ക് മാറി. അവിടെ ടെക്സസ് സതേൺ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ നിന്ന് അക്കൗണ്ടിംഗിൽ ബിരുദം നേടി.
