എഫെ ഐറെലെ എഡോ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് സ്വദേശിയാണ്. പക്ഷേ അവർ ലാഗോസ് സ്റ്റേറ്റിലാണ് ജനിച്ചുവളർന്നത്. അവർക്ക് മൂന്ന് സഹോദരങ്ങളുണ്ട്. എഫി ഇറെലെ ലാഗോസിലെ കൊറോണ പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂളിൽ ചേരുകയും യാബയിലെ ക്വീൻസ് കോളേജിൽ സെക്കൻഡറി വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം നേടുകയും ചെയ്തു. [4]

ഐറെലെ ബോവൻ സർവകലാശാലയിൽ നിന്ന് സോഷ്യോളജിയിൽ ബിഎസ്‌സി ബിരുദം നേടി. യു.കെ.യിലെ ചെസ്റ്റർ സർവകലാശാലയിൽ നിന്ന് ഹ്യൂമൻ റിസോഴ്‌സ് മാനേജ്‌മെന്റിൽ ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദം നേടി.[5]

കലാകാരന്മാർക്ക് വേണ്ടി മോഡലിങ്ങിൽ ഏർപ്പെടുകയും 2012 ൽ ബർണ ബോയ്സ് ലൈക്ക് ടു പാർട്ടി വീഡിയോയിൽ അഭിനയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അഡെകുനെ ഗോൾഡിന്റെ സാഡ് വീഡിയോയിലും അവർ അഭിനയിച്ചു. മാസങ്ങളോളം എച്ച്ആർ മാനേജരായി ജോലി ചെയ്തതിന് ശേഷം അഭിനയിക്കാൻ എഫി ഇറെലെ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. 2016 ഇറോക്കോ ടിവി പരമ്പരയായ അസോ എബിയിലാണ് അവർ ആദ്യമായി അഭിനയിച്ചത്. [10]
