ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയിലെ ഹിന്ദുമതം
ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയിൽ മൊത്തം ജനസംഘ്യയിൽ ഏകദേശം 1.7% പേരാണ് ഹിന്ദുമതവിശ്വാസികൾ. ബാലിയിലെ ജനസംഖ്യയിൽ 2010ലെ സെൻസസ് അനുസരിച്ച് 83.5% പേരും ഹിന്ദുക്കളാണ്.കൂടാതെ ടെങ്ങാരീസ്, ഓസിങ് തുടങ്ങി പല ഗോത്രവിഭാഗങ്ങളും ഹിന്ദുമതം അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.[1] ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയിലെ ആറു ഔദ്യോഗികമതങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് ഹിന്ദുമതം. .[2] ഒന്നാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിനടുത്ത് വ്യാപാരികൾ വഴിയാണ് ഹിന്ദുമതാശയങ്ങൾ ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയിലെത്തുന്നത്. Hഇന്ത്യൻ ഇതിഹാസങ്ങളായ മഹാഭാരതം, രാമായണം വേദങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയവയുടെ ഇന്തോനേഷ്യൻ സംസ്കാരത്തിലുള്ള സ്വാധീനം വളരെ വലുതാണ്. , [3] 2010ലെ സെൻസസ് അനുസരിച്ച് 40 ലക്ഷം ഹിന്ദുക്കൾ ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയിലുണ്ട്. , .[4][5] 18ലക്ഷത്തോളം ഹിന്ദുക്കൾ ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയിൽ ഉണ്ട് എന്ന ഒരു അഭിപ്രായവും നിലവിലുണ്ട് [6][7] 2010ൽ ഇന്തോനേഷ്യൻ സർക്കാറൈന്റെ മതവിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ കണക്കനുസരിച്ച് 10ലക്ഷം ഹിന്ദുക്കൾ ഉണ്ടെന്ന് കണക്കാക്കുന്നും [8] ഏതായാലും 2017ഓടെ തെക്കൻ ഏഷ്യ കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഭൂമിയിൽ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ ഹിന്ദുക്കൾ വസിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലം ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയാണ്
