ആർദ്രത സൂചിക
ആർദ്രത സൂചിക (humidex) എന്നത് കാനഡക്കാരായ അന്തരീക്ഷവൈജ്ഞാനികർ ഉപയോഗിച്ച സൂചനാപദമാണ്. ചൂടും ആർദ്രതയും ചേർന്ന് ശരാശരി മനുഷ്യന് ചൂട് കാലാവസ്ഥ എങ്ങനെ അനുഭവമാകുന്നു എന്ന് വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഉപയോഗിച്ചതാണിത്. 1965ൽ കണ്ടുപിടിച്ചതാണ് ഇത് [1] The humidex is a dimensionless quantity based on the dew point.
