മലയാള ചലചിത്ര രംഗത്തെ അഭിനേത്രിയാണ് അനുപമ പരമേശ്വരൻ.[1][2][3]2015ൽ അൽഫോൺസ് പുത്രൻ രചനയും സംവിധാനവും നിർവഹിച്ച പ്രേമം എന്ന മലയാളചിത്രത്തിൽ മേരി എന്ന കഥാപാത്രത്തെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാണ് അനുപമ സിനിമാ രംഗത്ത് ചുവടുറപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.[4][5][6][7]

തിരുത്തുകതമിഴ് ഉദയാർ മാതാപിതാക്കളായ ഇ.പരമേശ്വരന്റെയും സുനിത പരമേശ്വരന്റെയും മകളായി 1996-ൽ ഇരിഞ്ഞാലക്കുട ജനിച്ചു.[8] ഡോൺ ബോസ്കോ സെൻട്രൽ സ്കൂൾ, നാഷണൽ ഹയർ സെക്കന്ററി സ്കൂൾ ഇരിങ്ങാലക്കുട എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ സ്കൂൾ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനു ശേഷം കോട്ടയം സി.എം.എസ്. കോളേജിൽ ബി.എ. ലിറ്റെറേച്ചർ കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേഷൻ & ജേർണലിസം പഠിച്ചു. സഹോദരൻ അക്ഷയ് പരമേശ്വരൻ.
