ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി, മുൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിമാർ അവരുടെ വളരെ അടുത്ത കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങൾ എന്നിവരുടെ സുരക്ഷയ്ക്കായി രൂപം കൊടുത്ത പ്രത്യേക സായുധ സുരക്ഷാസേനയാണ് സ്പെഷ്യൽ പ്രൊട്ടക്ഷൻ ഗ്രൂപ്പ് (SPG) [3]:para 1[4].
