സോഫിയ ഗ്രിഗറി ട്രൂഡോ (ഫ്രഞ്ച് ഉച്ചാരണം : [sɔfi gʁegwaʁ]; ജനനം ഏപ്രിൽl 24, 1975), കനേഡിയൻ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയായ ജസ്റ്റിൻ ട്രൂഡോയടെ പത്നിയാണ്.[1] അവർ സോഫി ഗ്രിഗറി എന്ന പേരിലും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു.[2][3][4] അവർ ഒരു കനേഡിയൻ ടെലിവിഷൻ അവതാരികയും ചാരിറ്റി പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്ക് മേൽനോട്ടം വഹിക്കുകയും പൊതുപരിപാടികളിൽ സ്ത്രീവിഷയങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു സംസാരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്.

1975 ഏപ്രിൽ 24 ന് ക്യൂബക്കിലെ മോൺട്രിയലിൽ,[5] ഒരു ഓഹരി ദല്ലാളായ ജീൻ ഗ്രിഗറിയുടെയും ഫ്രഞ്ച്-കനേഡിയൻ നഴ്സായ എസ്റ്റെല്ലെ ബ്ലെയിസിന്റെയും ഏകമകളായിട്ടാണ് സോഫിയ ജനിച്ചത്.[6][7][8] സോഫിയയ്ക്ക് 4 വയസ് പ്രായമുള്ളപ്പോൾ,[9] നഗരത്തിന്റെ വടക്കു ഭാഗത്തുള്ള സെയിന്റെ-അഡെലെയിൽ[10] ജീവിച്ചിരുന്ന കുടുംബം ക്രമേണ മോൺട്രിയലിലേയ്ക്കു മാറിത്താമസിച്ചു. മോൺട്രിയൽ നഗരപ്രാന്തമായ മൌണ്ട് റോയലിൽ വളർന്ന സോഫിയ, പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പിയർ ട്രൂഡോയുടെ ഇളയമകനായ മൈക്കേൾ ട്രൂഡോയുടെ ബാല്യകാലസുഹൃത്തും സഹപാഠിയുമായിരുന്നു. മൈക്കേൾ ട്രൂഡോയുടെ സഹോദനായിരുന്നു സോഫിയയുടെ ഭാവിവരൻ ജസ്റ്റിൻ ട്രൂഡോ.[11]
