This is the parent category for language specific categories such as Category:Articles containing French-language text and Category:Articles containing Spanish-language text. It also contains articles with non-English-language quotes in languages which don't yet have a category.
The purpose of these categories is to facilitate manual or automated checking of text in other languages.
These categories should only be added with the {{Lang}} family of templates, never explicitly.
