ലിസെലോട്ട് മെറ്റ്ലർ
എൻഡോക്രൈനോളജി, റിപ്രൊഡക്റ്റീവ് മെഡിസിൻ, ഗൈനക്കോളജിക്കൽ എൻഡോസ്കോപ്പി, ഗൈനക്കോളജിക്കൽ ഓങ്കോളജി എന്നിവയിൽ വൈദഗ്ദ്ധ്യം നേടിയ ഒരു ഓസ്ട്രിയൻ-ജർമ്മൻ ശസ്ത്രക്രിയാ വിദഗ്ധയാണ് ലിസെലോട്ട് മെറ്റ്ലർ.[1] മെറ്റ്ലർ ജർമ്മനിയിലെ കീൽ സർവ്വകലാശാലയിലെ ഗൈനക്കോളജി ആൻഡ് ഒബ്‌സ്റ്റട്രിക്‌സ് വിഭാഗത്തിലെ പ്രൊഫസറാണ്.[2] അവിടെ അവർ കുർട്ട് സെമ്മുമായി ചേർന്ന് പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു. 600-ലധികം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങളുടെയും നിരവധി പുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെയും രചയിതാവായിരുന്നു.[3]
