റൗണ്ട് ലിഗമെന്റ് പെയിൻ
വൃത്താകൃതിയിലുള്ള ലിഗമെന്റ് വേദന (RLP) സാധാരണയായി ഗർഭകാലത്ത് ഗർഭാശയത്തിൻറെ വൃത്താകൃതിയിലുള്ള അസ്ഥിബന്ധവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വേദനയാണ്. ഗർഭാവസ്ഥയിലെ ഏറ്റവും സാധാരണമായ അസ്വസ്ഥതകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ്[[1] ഇത് സാധാരണയായി ഗർഭാവസ്ഥയുടെ രണ്ടാം ത്രിമാസത്തിൽ ആരംഭിക്കുകയും പ്രസവം വരെ തുടരുകയും ചെയ്യും. ഡെലിവറി കഴിഞ്ഞ് കുറച്ച് ദിവസങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം) റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഗർഭിണിയല്ലാത്ത സ്ത്രീകളിലും ആർഎൽപി ഉണ്ടാകാറുണ്ട്.[2][3]
ഗർഭപാത്രത്തിന്റെ വൃത്താകൃതിയിലുള്ള അസ്ഥിബന്ധം പെൽവിസിൽ നിന്ന് പോകുന്നു. ആന്തരിക വയറുവേദന വളയത്തിലൂടെ കടന്നുപോകുന്നു. ഇൻഗ്വിനൽ കനാലിലൂടെ ലാബിയ മജോറയിലേക്ക് പോകുന്നു.[4] ഉദര അറയ്ക്കുള്ളിൽ ഗർഭപാത്രം സസ്പെൻഡ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന ഘടനയാണ് ഇത്.[5]മനുഷ്യശരീരത്തിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 2 വൃത്താകൃതിയിലുള്ള അസ്ഥിബന്ധങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്. കരളിന്റെ വൃത്താകൃതിയിലുള്ള ലിഗമെന്റ് (ലിഗമെന്റം ടെറസ് ഹെപ്പാറ്റിസ്), തുടയെല്ലിന്റെ തലയുടെ വൃത്താകൃതിയിലുള്ള ലിഗമെന്റ് (ലിഗമെന്റം ടെറസ് ഫെമോറിസ്).
